  An individual participant would run, MTB and then paddle in a single canoe (K1) single or surfski to finish the event.

Team of 2A - Red
 
  Person 1 completes the running leg, person 2 completes the cycle leg and both team up to complete the canoe leg together in a double canoe (K2) or a double surfski.

Team of 2B - Green
 
  Both persons run, cycle and paddle together in a double canoe (K2) or double surfski.

Team of 3 - Blue
 
  Person 1 would complete the running leg; person 2 would complete the cycle leg while the 3rd person would complete the canoe leg in a single canoe (K1) or a single surfski.

Team of 5 - Corporate/Social - Navy
 
  Person 1 would complete the first part of the running leg, person 2 would complete the second part of the running leg,person 3 would complete the cycle leg while the other two members would complete the canoe leg in a double canoe (K2) or a double surfski.

1X / Individual- Orange
 
  An individual participant would complete the trail run leg, cycle leg and final trail run leg individually to finish the event.
